Tim Sparks is the founder and President of Sparks Financial Group, LLC, in Lexington, Kentucky. For nearly 15 years, Tim has helped hundreds of families in the Greater Lexington Area achieve their financial and retirement goals.
Tim understands that seniors face many challenges when preparing for retirement. He created Sparks Financial Group, LLC to help retirees and pre-retirees be able to manage the critical transition from asset accumulation to income distribution and preservation. Tim firmly believes that through financial education and conservative financial planning, he can guide his clients towards making better informed decisions-so they can help avoid costly mistakes, try to lower their tax liability, and help increase the value of their estate.
Because Tim feels that financial education is so important, he is committed to providing educational workshops to the community both in person and online, including television appearances and on his weekly radio show, The Retirement Income Show with Tim Sparks. The show airs Saturday and Sundays on WVLK 590 AM.
Tim serves as an Investment Advisor Representative for Sound Income Strategies, LLC, as well as an independent life insurance agent. This allows him to bring a wide range of investment options to his clients.
Tim and his wife, Debbie, have a son and 2 daughters. They reside in Mt. Sterling, KY. Leading his family to develop a strong Christian relationship is one of his top priorities.
